Ever heard this before?

Maybe a coworker, an old friend, or even a family member said it with a smirk.
Maybe they called you “Mr. LinkedIn” or joked about how you “post too much.”

And for a second, you hesitated.

Am I overdoing it?
Am I annoying people?
Should I pull back?

Let me tell you something - The ONLY people who get noticed are the ones who SHOW UP. [say it louder for the people in the back!]

→ When you’re quiet, no one says a thing.
→ When you start being visible, people take notice.
→ And when you stay consistent, people remember your name when opportunities arise.

Think about it—if someone started a fitness journey and posted daily gym updates, would you call them “Mr. Gym Guy”?

Maybe.

But would you also admire their discipline, consistency, and progress?
Absolutely.

The same applies to LinkedIn. Visibility creates opportunity. Consistency builds trust.

And the people making comments?

They’re watching.
They may not like, comment, or engage.
But the day they need a referral, a connection, or an expert in your field...they’ll remember you.

So if you’ve been holding back because of what a few people might think, here’s your reminder:

Keep showing up. The right people will respect it.

Have you ever felt hesitant about posting on LinkedIn?

Deuces,
Mo
